How quickly are the products delivered and/or shipped out?
All orders for team stores are processed together the day following the purchase date. Our industry leading turnaround time from store closing to delivery is 7-10 business days.
Will I be notified that my order has shipped?
Once your order is shipped, Shopify will send you a shipment tracking update email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do offer refunds or exchanges if requested within 15 days of receiving the product. A request must be made in writing to summer@saltandsandshop.com with details of the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must still be new and unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return postage will be at the customers expense.
Items cannot be returned if not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
If an error was made, a defect in the product or is damaged, we will provide a return label to use for postage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days defined by your financial institution.
Exchanges (if applicable)
