Refund policy
We do offer returns for a refund or an exchange if requested within 15 days of receiving the product. Â A request must be made in writing to summer@saltandsandshop.com with details of the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must still be new and unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Â Return postage will be at the customers expense. Â
Items cannot be returned if not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
If an error was made, a defect in the product or is damaged, we will provide a return label to use for postage.Â
Refunds (if applicable)Â
Once your return is received and inspected, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days defined by your financial institution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
